Refund policy

Return requests must be submitted within 10 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Merchandise may not be shipped back until return authorization and instructions have been provided.

To remain eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received. It must not have been installed, filled with fluid, altered, disassembled, programmed, damaged or otherwise used. All factory markings, identification tags, labels and included components must remain present and intact.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Transmissions or components that have been installed or test-fitted
• Units that have been filled with fluid or operated
• Products that have been opened, modified, programmed or disassembled
• Electrical parts, control modules, sensors and programmed components
• Special-order, custom-built or specially sourced merchandise
• Items with missing, removed or altered identification markings
• Sealed products that have been opened
• Merchandise returned without prior authorization

Return authorization only permits the merchandise to be sent back for inspection. It does not guarantee approval of a refund.
